At NLP Business Institute we believe that understanding concepts is not enough to transform them into good practice. And this is why our training methodology relies on an inductive or experiential learning style where participants can:

  • Have an active and direct experience of the teaching concepts.
  • Immediate practice of the acquired knowledge and this gives participants the opportunity to generalise them into their daily professional activities.
  • Improve their understanding and practice through direct and on the spot feedback from the trainers.


Learning: It is a process of internal transformation that provokes a change in our way of thinking, feeling and/or behaving.

Experiential/Inductive: We de ne “inductive learning” as a process that involves two fundamental elements:
A. Reflection on what was noticed: selection-interpretation-personal conclusions
B. Generalization: the transfer of a speci c conclusion to a more general interpretation, with a broader future application.


• The participants is the protagonist rather than spectator.
• Experiential learning is possible when there is an adequate selection of experiences and these are accompanied by reflections, critical analysis and synthesis.
• The training is developed in a way that provokes participants to embrace new resourceful strategies after being led into the area of the “unknown”.
• The trainer always keeps in mind the relevancy of the presented metaphors, examples and role plays for the learner.
• It uses as course material the natural consequences of ways of thinking, feeling or behaving within a speci c context.
• The experiential learning process promotes an approach based on open questions, research, experimentation, curiosity, responsibility and creativity that enables people to construct new ways of thinking and give more resourceful meanings to their professional role.

In fact, experiential learning is “learning by doing” and herefore, all our training relies on: 

  • Role plays and games directly linked to the speci c needs of the participants.
  • Active participation and involvement of the participants.
  • Direct coaching on the day-to-day challenges of participants that they present . throughout the programme.
  • Constant and on the spot feedback.
